Sir Charles said it best, if Stat can dominate over bosh like he has in the past there's the window of opportunity to extend it. In addition fields and Shumpery are good defenders and even with his best years behind him don't count out Davis. Last but not least Chandler has beat this team in the finals and isn't a half bad defensive center. Interesting matchup, my hope is knicks in 6
I put Knicks in 7. Honestly, I don't think it's a freebie round for the Heat as everyone thinks. I'm banking on NYK winning game 1.
I also think that NY might have a chance to win the series. Carmelo has been playing out of his mind lately.
If Lin touches his knee or back or whatever it is that has him injured, and he recovers, Knicks in four. Lin just wins! Jeremy Lin the Great! (start a new thread on him called the Great, even though there already is one, but it doesn't say the Great!) I hope there is an old school fight.
Apparently Chandler won't play because of the flu. They won't even let him near the practice facility and such to prevent the rest of the team from getting sick.
I remember what happened the last time the Heat got a top seed and the Knicks barely made the playoffs... JVG got into a fight!! <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/nWqv5fNeosc" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
i really hope we can come back to this thread after the first round and rep you for predicting this. but my brain keeps telling me the heat will destroy the knicks.
Melo has ZERO chance v. Lebron if he doesn't make his jumper. Absolutely none. Heat way too sloppy as expected since Big 3 hasn't played together for 3+ weeks. Good thing is Wade looks really fresh and Bosh is rebounding finally. Good signs for the Heat. They just need to get the rust off. Mike Miller really needs to earn his paycheck this playoffs.
