Talk about flipping a switch! The Cavs go on an 18-point run to take a 23-point lead and the Heat respond with a 17-4 run of their own to close the quarter. If LeBron's shot had been earlier, the Heat would be 3 points closer.
what was that at the end of the quarter? wade clearly fouled by gibson, they don't call it, then after having to give it to miami because they missed such an obvious foul, then apparently decide to do a makeup call against the team they just screwed by calling lebron for dragging his pivot foot when he didn't. and then it looked like they started the clock with no one touching it to take away lebron's 3/4 court 3 at the end of the quarter (after miami stupidly let the cavs have an open 3 when making a run).
the refs missed 3 blatant calls vs the heat and even the cavs commentators called them out wade 3pt foul bron travel bron 3pt shot if mike miller can get his shot like bibby, the heat's offense can be unstoppable. EDIT: how many wild shots are the cavs going to make in this game? WILD shots.
you have to applaud the cavs' effort. if they brought this type of effort every night on both ends, they would be a much better team.
is it just me or is bosh moving around like a newborn deer tonight? he seems like his legs are working independent of each other.
that didn't make up for anything. the non-foul was why it went out of bounds. and then they made up for the makeup and the end result was bad for miami.
Is Byron Scott high? Why isn't baron Davis playing? As soon as he came out the heat started their run and the cav can't score without him. Is Scott trying to save baron for the next game or something? This is the most important game of the year for Cleveland and a win would be huge. This is basically a playoff game and Davis should be playing 45 minutes.
LeBron had a hand in every personnel move, and he and Hickson were probably the tightest on the team, so I wouldn't be surprised if the King himself shot down that deal.
It's proven he didn't have much say at all in personnel move's, there was an artical posted about this awhile ago.
It's still a makeup call, whether the result worked for the Heat or not. Not a lot of teams get that type of make up call.
not sure what lebron is doing on offense right now. he keeps starting drives and then just pulling up or he's just passing it around the perimeter (granted some are to bibby for 3's). he was dominating when he was driving and getting in the paint. also, baron davis seemingly only shoots well when it's a close game against a team i'm rooting for so i assume he'll make 3 or 4 crazy shots these last 6 minutes.
