So I started a diet on Monday and have already lost 5lbs due to lack of eating. It's hard to find things to eat. I thought going through some red salsa was a good idea (high flavor, extremely low calories, sometimes none) but to eat the salsa you have to eat the chips (6 chips = 130 calories) So now I don't even want to do the chips/salsa thing anymore. I don't really want to eat any sauce other then mustard for the calorie count. So what do you eat? Give me ideas for a healthy meal. (High protein, low calorie, low carb, ect...)
Grilled skinless chicken breast. Grilled white fish, salmon. Turkey or veggie burgers. Salads...the more "color" the better.

Turkey, turkey and more turkey. Cheap, high protein. I make turkey meatballs, bolognese sauce, turkey burgers and even hot dogs. Whole wheat buns. I allow myself red meat (90%+ cut) once a week, and one restaurant meal to cheat. I am a carnivore though, so if greens are your thing, then well, go eat some f**kin vegetables. I have a Bolthouse Farms Green Goodness bottled supplement every other day to offset this deficiency. Milk? The most important thing about dieting, other than the diet itself, is how much you eat (portion control) and when you eat. Eat right when you get up, and never eat within three hours of bedtime.
