cmon guys, dream 24.8ppg is way more dominant than yao. and plus look at the defensive #s and rebounds. yao needs to be more complete on both ends. if he can get that rebound up to 11, steals to 1, blocks to 3 => he'll easily be one of the top 4 big men.

what were the turnover numbers...and there is no doubt hakeem is the better player, but the cd media machine would have you believe that hakeem was created by cd...cd is never one to do his work quietly...always in a credit grab...here we go again...thibodeau does all the work, cd will try and claim all the credit or blame sikma if yao does not play as well

no it doesnt make me happy...thibodeau deserves the credit and your boy cd deserves appropriate blame for the mess he made of the rockets all these years since he became the gm

All this interview is saying is that JVG is incredibly loyal to his former players.

    My boy CD?

CD is not my boy......I like the positive moves he made and hated the negative ones....like trading James for Rafer etc....

But I admire that he at least tried to shake it up, and find the right mix.

The Rockets are all that matters, no matter who is at the helm. I hope Morey can get the job done, so far he is off to an excellent start.

And I am much happier with Adelman as coach....OBVIOUSLY !

    :D

What we know is the Knicks had a more talented bunch and the Rockets weren't even supposed to be there. But Hakeem Schooled Ewing in every way and made him his b**** and that's why the Rockets won. The guy may know x's and O's but his knowledge of reality is very limited.
