[HBO Series] Mick Jagger & Martin Scorsese Rock Drama ‘Vinyl’

ok...so I enjoyed the first episode. Maybe it was the classic rock side of me yearning for something good....but I can't deny this feeling in the back of my head. Just one episode, hopefully it changes.

 

I enjoyed the first episode, although I was waiting for a kitchen sink to go flying across the screen at some point. That the talent constantly got ripped off was the freakin' truth. It'll be interesting to see how the rest of the series plays out. I wish it was focused on the mid to late '60's/early '70's, though. Far better music. At least they touch on it.

 

seriously, this show has failed big since that first episode. They showed us Plant, talked about Zep, the emergence of rock ...basically all this stuff thinking we were gonna get a feel of the 70s rock culture...and what do we get?

A **** show about Richie's drug habits and life falling apart.

Its watchable...I'm just very disappointed. Show us hedonistic 70s **** for christ's sake.

 

it's awful. i have basically let the past couple episodes play as background noise. just a tedious watch.

 

I told you this show sucked. Everyone should have the same exact taste as me or else they are dumb.

 

So much smoking cigs in the show it makes me wanna gag. And the "sniff a line, WOO LET'S DO THIS I'M THE MAN" **** got stale 6 episodes ago. This show had a lot of potential and really the only thing I've seriously enjoyed were Olivia's boobies and fake bush.

 

Are you saying it's pasted on or a stunt bush?

And hey, if actors will gain weight for a part... I mean, it's possibly natural.
