Have you been satisfied with Ron's performance this year?

roxs need a tough guy leading them. Artest will be our treasure in playoffs

Without T-Mac, yes. With T-Mac, no.

 

That's how I feel about the Rockets' chances of making it to the 2nd round.

 

But that's not how I feel about the Rockets' championship hopes, since that was our goal this year, not winning the 1st round. You don't get banners or pride for that.

 

I'm very satisfied now! If Ron plays like this the rest of the way, and everyone stays healthy, we're going to make some noise.

 

You do get satisfaction knowing that your team finally has the ability to get past the first round and build on that success for the next year.

besides the celtics, you just don't go from failures to championships, you need to build on it.

not making the 2nd round since 1997 is a stigma on this Rocket's era.

 

It's a really big deal. If we manage to do that, a great weight is lifted from the franchise.

 

id love to get carmichael dave drunk one night and hear the story of ron a couple weeks ago versus his outlook on the team post t-mac bon voyage and trade deadline. a lots changed in a couple weeks.

i woulnt blame him if he "wanted/didnt mind" out compared to being willing to re-up for a good amt of time. i really hope he sticks around. the guys passion is much appreciated. even if he left i wouldve been a ron fan and follwed him closely after he left/ was traded.
