    Man some of you dont help.

    To actually answer the question, you'll be fine. It takes a lot to mess up your brain and starving yourself for an extended period isn't enough to do it. That said, you need to get yourself some help and get a steady diet going. I dont know what you're going through but figure things out.

    Also you dont know what severe malnutrition is but trust me you never hit that point. I've seen cases far worse than yours. Get some help and get things in order. You're still really young, no reason to get down right now.
