His conservative activism is for gun ownership as opposed to his classmates

Still not seeing the relevance of Parkland. I went to high school with people too. Wanna hear about them?

Did your school have a Parkland type massacre that was a national story?

We did have a hostage event with a shooter and the school was evacuated. Do I get brownie points? I'm a little higher than you, so you have to defer to me now?

Oh I get your logic: if your school has a shooting, you should have a better chance to go to Harvard.

The only reason Harvard knows about the comments is cause of his activism and therefore notoriety since Parkland

    Its central to the story.

Edit: this kids grades got him into Harvrd. Dont flatter yourself

Harvard doesn't look at applicants' social media? Is that a fact, or . . . ?

I'm still not following you. Like a jury, Harvard must disregard certain facts if they come to light through the wrong process?

Well, it is interesting that CNN is sticking up for the anti-Hogg.

Kashuv has built a profile as the conservative alternative to other visible, outspoken members of the #NeverAgain movement -- fellow Parkland students David Hogg, Emma Gonzalez and Cameron Kasky.

But, the Parkland shooting happened 16 months ago. Harvard application deadline was 6 months ago. Acceptance notices were 3 months ago. The rescinding was yesterday (?). The timing makes no sense in relation to Parkland.

What do you mean they don't look at social media? You arguing to argue

The application was rescinded cause of comments on Twitter

    I'm not arguing to argue.

Harvard rejected a dude. He had bad social media posts. He was in the Parkland shooting. Why is this news? What am I missing here?

He was accepted THEN rejected. He was rejected over racists social media comments

He is popular on social media because of his activism since Parkland

THEREFORE Parkland is key to the story

Oh you're saying he got popular between March 2019 (acceptance time) and June 2019 (rescinding time)?
And this was because of Parkland.
    OK.
    And?

Can you just state in one sentence what is wrong about Harvard's action?
