    Could be because they are under the impression that it's just a bruised knee so there is no reason to ask. I mean, that's what they were told.

    They aren't sitting there in speculation mode like people on here are.

    Harden is a tough dude he's seems to have that lebron body were he just shrugs off injuries. I'm hoping for the best buy my guess is he just really does have a bad bruise on his knee. I would be my last dollar that he would be out there playing if this were a regular season.

    I guess we will find out shortly tho.

    I feel like Morey would have made an effort to relay that information if they knew what it was or if they knew it wasn't serious. Leaving it in the dark makes me think it's still up in the air, serious or not.

    It looked pretty weak bump tbh. I don't expect Harden to be out for long if any. Just a normal every game day bump but since it's pre-season no point asking to play the 3rd Q

    It wasn't left in the dark. They announced it on air that it was just a bruise.

    So the announcers were under the impression that it's not serious and it wasn't even worth bringing up.

    The only people who are scared to death are the people on this site. We've already heard from Bill and Bull, the official Rockets' twitter account, Feigen, and Craig Ackerman that it's a bruised knee.

    So as far as everyone knows, it's just a bruised knee.

    Yeah, seems like it should have been addressed no matter what the thoughts are on the injury. It's your freaking star, everyone wants to know. I'd almost bet Bill and Bull were told not to ask about it. Otherwise, why wouldn't they?

    Hope it's nothing, DM not being asked, struck me as being a little odd.

    You never know with knees and that's why people get concerned. Something that looks minor can be serious because it was hit in a specific spot.

    But I will say there were 6-7 times last year where something like this happened to Harden and you were wondering if it was serious, then he'd come back out and play in the same game.

    Classic Rockets injury luck. And knowing the Rockets he could have a torn meniscus and we wouldn't know for like a week. Gonna be a stressful couple of days. "Knee contusion" is just something to say while they find out more.

    Anyway, I'm sure it's nothing too serious.

    Morey sounded like he didn't want to be there at all ... seemed distracted to me. Answers were fairly short. Maybe I read too much into it.

    he is probably already being fitted for a prosthetic leg.

    marcus thorton can score as well or better than harden anyways.
