Infallible? Nope. He certainly has his shortcomings, such as tonight. I just think it's funny how every one of those bad nights ends up in some existential debate on how Harden plays, what he does off the court, or any other criticism that comes his way. He has bad games. So does Lebron. He's not the problem.
Just a bad game? He wanted no part of this game from the get go, didn't take a shot until late first. I mean if he is ripping or his level of intensity is up WTF gives a dick what he did last night. It is just that obvious.
I know this is an emotional hot-button topic for the fans but I'm sure he has partied pretty hard before one of his 40 pt games. At 25 years old you can get away with it. Besides its not like this was a noon or 2:30 start.
Harden has more than his fair share of 3-16 type games this season. There are in inherent qualities of his game that need to be addressed in the offseason for him to lead a team to a ring.
Hangover ... when people say that, it's not a joke, maybe some of yall don't understand what a hangover is.
Dude there was much more happening I don't even want to mention what went on I had tickets to this game but I sold them this afternoon after seeing Hardens antics last night Very smart decision by me
I don't disagree that there are things Harden can improve on. I do disagree that those incremental improvements are not the difference between us and a ring. There are much greater issues that are much more influential (Coaching, offensive system, outside shooting, lack of point guards). I maintain...Harden is nowhere near the problem.
If he is hungover, maybe he should get his **** together or decide what his priorities are. I have no idea if this is true or not. I do laugh when he has a bad game, it's always "Harden drunk!", "Harden went to the club last night!", "Harden this", "Harden that!". Does he get a bad game for the sake of having a bad game?
So the guy sees Harden partying last night and waits until halfway through the game to bring it up? Ok seems plausible. Let's all roast Harden for it.
it's one thing going out let some steam out and have a happy ending with some fine ... , it's another if he's drunk too much, it doesn't matter you are 25 or 45 if you drink too much, resistance to alcohol has very little to do with one's age
if it's true then it reeks of immaturity and poor leadership. you're in the western conference finals. partying can wait. i can't believe people are trying to give excuses for this if it's true. i get he's only 25 but opportunities don't come like this every year. this might be the last time he gets a chance like this. smh. smarten up harden.
