Harden needs to be Harden and not try to carry the team all the time. He wears himself out too early. The Rockets are in a very difficult position, but they will need to win this with great D leading to transition offense. And yes, part of the is attacking their guards. It's not an easy team to play against though. We act like it's just about moving faster and moving the ball. Easier said than done against that Warrior D who make it hard to penetrate and hard to pass. They played fantastic D yesterday.
At the least, he needs to look like he cares defensively. Stop that lazy habit of letting his man drive past him and then try to slap the ball away. That is the weakest, softest, and laziest defense I've ever seen.
there's a big difference between regular season mvp and playoff mvp.... just look at how LeBron's doing in the playoff, the guy just seem to be able to turn it up a notch after regular season, something Harden still struggle to do. Sure Harden will have a nice playoff game here and there, but the consistency's just not there, not to mention his defensive struggle.
