LMAOOOO!! this is so spot on! Seriously. I am just going to copy and paste this to use for the next few days. Thanks.
RW with that triple double, and leading the Thunder to potentially one more win than last year?? Give the man the MVP.
http://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/23089236/predicting-nba-awards-2017-18-mvp-rookie-year-more Most Valuable Player No suspense here, though The Beard doesn't take the award unanimously after a strong push from LeBron. Who Should Win? PLAYER | POINTS | 1ST-PLACE (%) 1. James Harden, HOU | 249 | 70.7% 2. LeBron James, CLE | 188 | 27.6% 3. Anthony Davis, NOP | 41 | 0.0% 4. Damian Lillard, POR | 13 | 0.0% T-5. Kevin Durant, GSW | 9 | 1.7% T-5. Giannis Antetokounmpo, MIL | 9 | 0.0% Who will win? James Harden: 98.3 percent LeBron James: 1.7 percent
The even more funny thing is last years Thunder team might have been more talented. Healthy Roberson. Oladipo is better than PG. no Melo. Kanter and Sabonis. Gibson. So he’s carrying this team even better, and with a triple double average!!! There is literally no rationale for him getting it last year and morning this year. Lol.
Johnson: "I just think Bron because he’s at the top of the league on both ends of the court."...what? He basically had his worst defensive season, and now playing good defense in the last month means being at the top of the league on defense...ok
I really hope Westbrick gets the 16 rebounds he needs to average another triple-double. All it'll do is expose the hypocrisy of NBA voters last year who voted him #1 and then will leave him off the ballot this year for doing the same thing with basically the same team success.
Ramona Shelburne has a vote...she says that while Lebron has made them think, most people are committed to voting for James Harden...he’s finished in 2nd twice, and most just feel like it’s his time this year
lmao This is the dumbest reason to vote James Harden this year. Harden doesn't deserve the award because the media knows it make a mistake last year and now want to backhand compliment him. He deserves the award because he's been the best and most consistent player and leader in the league this season
Voting Lebron for MVP this year is about 1000 times dumber than voting for Westbrook last year because of triple double.
I dunno about that, I can't imagine many things being dumber than voting for Westbrick last season. It's not that voting for Lebron this year wouldn't be dumb, it's just MUCH more defensible IMO than ever voting for Westbrick who is IMO the most detrimental player to his team in the NBA and has been for years.
