Harden looking to get down to 220 lbs for playoffs

    I fluctuate 10-15 pounds on a monthly basis. I workout, get told I look skinny , I then get fat then regrettably start from the beginning.

    If he goes Keto, he can have the steak and just skip the sauce. And the alcohol. He seems dedicated enough to make a couple of dietary changes and will improve his health overall.

    I always felt he was most explosive in 2012-13. Now he is in his late 20s, so naturally he won’t be as athletic, but he can still upgrade if leaner.

    I agree. In no way would I believe he is riding around at 225 unless it’s maybe directly post game. Even then, he’s a pretty big guy, he probably makes it to 220 with a serious dieting effort. Someone else mentioned a good point as well, that at some point you hit that mark where the muscle weight takes over. This sounds more like an off-season goal. Unless he’s really planning on taking at least 2 weeks off. Definitely a weird mention but I mean....at least he’s obsessed enough to make incremental changes? The guy wants to win.
