no team can be built around harden that can beat the warriors anytime soon....so much better to trade him now while his stock is high.

so if you're hearing rumors people don't want to play with harden why did you even create a thread about him leaving.

Getting rid of Thornton and Dmo changes that right

I've been saying for a while that Harden will leave once his contract is up. Though I don't think its because of Morley but rather he loves LA.

**** then. He's just as much of the problem here as anyone else. Look at his last playoff series performances.

Dwight is our best playoff performer

    Negative perception? Of whom?

Dmo is cool with the organization.

    As is Thornton..

    Parsons...

    Morris..

    Ariza came back..

    Dwight picked us over LA.

Woj just said Houston knew how to make deals...

KD said positive things about the FO..

    Should i keep going?

The only people that have a negative perception of us are people like Cuban and Barkley, as well as casual fans...in other words, people that don't matter.

And the Rockets are using the coaching vacancy as leverage. JB isn't going to be the HC.

My post is delusional because you're not very well informed.

    Harden: 27/8/6 on 62% TS 24.8 PER ORtg 117 DRtg 109 BPM 7.5
    Howard: 16/14/1 on 54% TS 20.5 PER ORtg 105 DRtg 101 BPM 1.9

    Suuuuure he is.

Dwight outshone Harden in his first year here where James wet the bed in embarrassing fashion but Harden was easily better in last year's postseason. People need to stop peddling the myth Dwight was a better playoff performer.

the cavs built around lebron james and couldn't beat the warriors. should they trade lebron?

not being able to beat the warriors isn't an indictment on a player. they might be the best team we've ever seen.

Is being a lottery team for the next 5-7 years a bad thing?

Not really. It worked out for Golden State and would have worked out for OKC if their owner wasn't a cheapskate....of course we have a cheapskate owner too, so it probably won't work out.

Dallas will not be able to sign Harden since Howard will be there with his max contract.

He signed a 200 million dollar shoe deal, and he's going to make a ton of money wherever he goes. I expect he will go wherever he thinks he will be the happiest playing basketball.

i wonder what you've got to say if we miss the playoff this season, while he's still here.

harden leaving the team doesnt automatically make the rockets a lottery team, btw.

and, what's the difference b/w a lottery team and a mediocre team? lottery teams get to peck early in the draft, while mediocre teams bring fool's gold to their fans? idk.

Lmao. Name one scenario Harden leaves where we're not taking back picks & young players. It's called rebuilding. That process will take 3 years of sucking azz if you're lucky. There are teams who've been rebuilding for 10 years. Hope you're prepared

And look how great we are doing this year. And how well he tries to adjust his game to the second superstar we have. Ha!

Once we see Harden either cannot or does not want to change his game, we should be open to trading him.
