Look Hood and Kanter to the Blazers.

    Speaking defense, Capela sucks.

But he also sucks on offense!!

The rockets had plenty of talent to win the last two games. You can’t deny that. I feel like this particular take of yours is a bit of a cop out tbh. I don’t think this board would be half as outraged if the Rox (including harden) played their guts out but were simply overmatched. That was not the case in the last 5 quarters. And even with Durant I didn’t get a sense that they were horrendously overmatched.

u need multiple stars in order to win a title in today’s NBA...Giannis is the only superstar on his team, but at least his squad is stacked with many very good players that are consistent...Harden’s isn’t

Harden has aging, severely declining CP3, and a bunch of inconsistent/limited role players...it is not enough

so many of his other superstar contemporaries aren’t carrying a bunch of role players and expected to win a title regardless

It’s a testament to Harden that some of these rosters go as far as they do or play as well as they do. How will Morey get another star here? We’re hoping that Jimmy Butler will decide to do an opt-in and trade to Houston which is a basically a pipe dream. Harden might as well just go.

Talent-wise, we were overmatched. GS had the clear talent advantage.

You dodged my point here. The rockets had enough talent to win the last five quarters. It’s undeniable. Not to mention, Harden’s own play late in these last two games was a significant factor in the losses. I don’t want to hear this “poor harden” routine.

This fire.the coach thing or the system doesn't work is Bs to me, Rockets would beat any other team, its just were in the Warriors era where no team can beat them. Rockets just didnt make their shots. Clint is the main reason why we lost this series. He really needs to look himself in the mirror. Couldn't finish at the rim, rebound, and blocks.

Harden had 12 points in the 4th quarter of game 6, and 35 for the game...so we’re basically mad that he didn’t drop 20 in the 4th and 40+ in the game “because that’s what superstars do”...smh

Harden showed up in this series...he averaged 35, 7, and 6 on 46/36/83 shooting splits...this was easily the best playoff series of his career, and he had it against the best team in the league, but this is the guy who we should be crucifying right now...gimme a break

Curry was scoreless at halftime, yet it was still a tie game on the road...imagine if Harden ever went scoreless in any half of a playoff game, the Rockets would be getting annihilated

game 5 was lost because we couldn’t get stops, couldn’t secure defensive rebounds, and CP3 and Clint were GARBAGE

look at all the guys who stepped up for GS tonight...Klay balled out, Draymond almost had a triple double, Iggy played extremely well, and so did Looney and Livingston...Harden does not have enough, he pretty much never does...guys are too limited, too inconsistent, or can’t be counted on

Looks like he is going to pull a Durant and join the Warriors just like Durant did after he choked against them.

Curry peaced out for 4 games this series too lol, was getting clowned, getting stuffed by the rim and everything... didn't even matter because why...there was Durant. Harden has to be excellent every single night or the Rockets lose.

Knicks have 2 max contract spots and a top 3 pick. If he wants out I hope he tells us now so that we can get their pick.

I wouldn't even blame him and I'd still root for him.

for real...Curry only showed up for 3 quarters in a 6 game series, but we got dudes talking about “that’s why Curry is a champion and Harden isn’t”...Harden can barely afford to not show up for 1 half...Curry can be MIA for entire games

People always talk about the Hakeem Championships but Hakeem's guys hit shots too.

Iggy with like 5/7 tonight from three...or 5/8 something insane like that. Basically the game right there. CP3 FINALLY showed up after 5 games, had he done so any of this series we probably win this series. Ego was on or off...

Basically, Harden was our most consistent player. He could have done more, sure, that's a crappy argument though isn't it? everyone could have done a little more. Ego could have made more than 1 three tonight too. Clint could have not got abused every night in every facet of the game, MDA could have tried some more lineups to match up with Looney and negate his presence.

Everyone could have done more...but why then blame the guy that's done the most?

Lol what if Harden just said, "we need to get rid of Capela, he sucks"

Man Capela is soooooo lucky he was a FA last year and not this year. Dude would be lucky to be picked up for the league min.

Lol. The rockets won a game in the previous series when harden started 0-15. So don’t act like it’s not possible.

Also, these box scores and averages that you bring up don’t mean a damn thing. It is an incredibly simplistic way to look at the performance of a basketball player and his impact by just looking at box scores. Harden played well for 3 quarters tonight. These “12” fourth quarter points....lol at least 5 or six of them were scored after the warriors had taken control. He ultimately had a very passive non impactful 4th.

How impactful do you expect his role players to be if they have to stand around for 16 seconds while he dribbles. These role players you listed: Iggy, looney, Draymond (offensively) they are not superior to the rockets role players talent wise. They played better. They played team basketball. It wasn’t a talent issue.

    At least he didn't say.

Well, GSW isn't that good. 2015.
