I think hiring a smart coach that will make adjustments, make an actual playbook, and bring out the best out of the players. But is hard to find a good coach today.

Harden did want Butler to join him. It did not work out, but if he had something specific in mind right after Game 6, that could have been it.
Despite the fact Harden should have known Butler was just wiggling his ass at him, then leaving him for another suitor—-stupider, less of a future, but sexier.
