Thats BS and Harden should know better. Coming close doesn't mean anything going forward. - OKC were in the finals once upon a time and were 3-1 up against the warriors, but are still waiting to win it all. - Mavs were almost 3-0 up before Miami turned it around, and it took them 5yrs to get back there - Miami had best conference record and were close to the finals in 2005, but ithey didnt run it back 2.0, Riley fired SVG, blew up the team and they won it all the next season Bottom line, if you fall short once, no matter how close you were, you need to add better pieces and look to improve your margin for success. More so when your star is on the other side of the hill.

If we: 1. Stay healthy when it matters the most 2. Bring back the same team 3. Add a complementary player or two on the bench for depth I don't see why we can't be another 60+ win team. Everyone has to realize that even though this team won a bunch of games last year and had great chemistry, it was Year ONE. Sure other teams can get better through trades and acquisitions but don't discount familiarity and an offensive system that gets points on the board. Next year won't be a hangover year like when the team went to the WCF with Dwight on the team.

We just need a few more role players, Melo will get bought out. He’ll replace joe Johnson. We can get a center like Kyle OQuinn to replace Tarik Black, and pick up another guard in Jamal Crawford and I think we’re set. As long as warriors don’t add more depth. Iggy will be a year older and less effective. We’ll be fine. Lebron if he goes to LA/Philly won’t be good enough to beat us
