The payoff is that Houston is one of the most sprawled out cities in the world and you have to drive a long time to do stuff. It takes a bit of getting used to, although I have come to prefer having more space than convenience.

I don't know why Swaggy P is getting hate for being a sneakerhead. We all have our own hobbies.

How many people here would splurge for their own private golf course? Basketball court? Crazy home theater if they were rich? Hell I'd dedicate a walk in closet to limited release Jordans if I were making that much cash.

About 1M will get you a row house near Capitol Hill Washington DC where I live, but good luck finding an actual house like the cat in the hat thing posted for Harden.

The way I look it is, there are ppl around the world begging and living on the streets, and yet this guy has a house just to hold his ridiculous shoe collection with 2 security guards. Just my two cents.

Also, is it just me, or have Jordan's / shoes in general become the new "investment" (ie: diamonds, gold, etc)?

Agree. Bad public school district if you have kids, but then again, the rich ones send their kids to private school anyway.

Two million buys a small condo in San Francisco.

The backyard isn't very private too.
