He gets too flustered. Get ready for a lot of it in the playoffs. It’s what the spurs did to him last yr
We’re just lucky to have CP3 breaking down the broken down defense and hitting the game winner. Btw, tonight’s game winner looked a awfully similar to the same one he hit over Duncan the year that JSmoove and Sewer Brewer ended the Clippers.
Oh boy here we go again, if tucker, ariza and green hit those three, these thread wouldnt be created. Yawwwnnn
He still is too non-nonchalant with the ball when the second man bum-rushes him hard. D'Antoni also needs to get his wing players much, much higher when these doubles start happening - Harden isn't going to be able to throw passes into the corner. I'm just choosing to look at the positives out of tonight. This exact thing couldn't have come at a better time. Now preparing for this is going to be ramped up significantly in practice heading into the Playoffs.
I saw him make the quick outlet on a handful of those double teams that led to wide open corner 3s, we just missed them. I think it was 3 consecutive trips down at one point when they doubled Harden and Green missed 2 wide open and then Tucker missed a wide open shot. He wasn’t perfect against the double tonight but “works every time” is a bit of an over statement.
Harden is just a lazy player...He sees the double team coming but still continue to dribble into it every time. I mean, do a quick drive or just past the dam ball.
It wasn't hard to beat that double. He took it to the rim and got fouled. Harden just has to knock those free throws down. Good thing we have cp3 to bail us out this year.
It's not because of them missing, it's harden passing and turning the ball over cause of double teaming.
Harden has to start running the offense sooner before the dam double team comes. It seems like he wants to get trap for some dam reason.
The double team leads to an open guy. When we miss four shots in a row, why are they going to change up the strategy?
Whats he suppose to do when two guys taller than him came charging at him? He cant just do a stepback 3 everytime like he did over lillard and aminu.
Steph Curry is shorter and slighter and he kills those traps every time. Harden's timing is just all off and terrible. Low bounce passes, no anticipation and doesn't even explore the option of evading the trap.
Start the drive to the basket earlier or pass the dam ball earlier and cut to the basket? What you are saying is that they have no answer for the double team and we should just live by it? Yeah, gl in the playoffs not figuring this out.
Rockets looked like they were cruising as they have been for several games now. Playoffs needs to start....that would be the remedy for their lackadaisical play.... Oh and by the way, they STILL win
Look at Rockets4lf pretending to know anything about basketball while missing the kick outs that led to bricked open threes from the corner, how cute!
