    Not only that, but Stanford told Jeremy they didn't have a scholarship spot available but gave one to Fields later.

    And don't forget Houston waived Jeremy on Christmas day two years ago, and Jeremy played great for the Rockets two Christmas games in a row!

    Landry Fields also attended the school Lin desperately wanted to play ball for back in College. Stanford wasn't willing to commit a scholarship on him and instead used it on other players that felt were more suited for them at the time.

    McHale has "wasted" quite a few Rockets point guards up to now. He may be a good coach for big men, not much for guards.
