I love to have him as an assistant coach. Set whatever hours or schedule he wants, kind of like Clyde doing the broadcasting. I will just do home games and games that do conflict with my personal schedule! LOL, what a life Clyde has. But he earned it.
Thats pretty surprising .. Only saw it once from a guy who said Malone was better than hakeem never heard from him again .. other than that never saw anybody breathing on hakeem status or legacy ..
If they were smart they should be learning from Scola.Or just watch 1 rocket game. He has the best post moves right now.
Yao is too slow. Scola has his own version of the dreamshake... no vertical anyways... Andersen just flat out sucks... And Hill is not a back-to-the-basket player. And then we just shoot 3's all game long so what's the point?
no offense to Hakeem but I see him helping Scola very little... Scola has his own way... it's almost like watching a South American soccer player salsa his way around an opponent with the ball. I love it. Yao has his ways too. Hill however, really needs the help. Hakeem and Hill for a week would do wonders.
We need to sign Hakeem to a contract so he can solely be the Rox's special consultant/adviser. He's giving ammo to the enemies.
ugh, way to waste 8 minutes of my life listening to that interview. he said "lebron is busy hanging out with warren buffett while lebron is with hakeem getting a postgame." CLEARLY he misspoke and meant kobe. lock this thread.
Robinson I don't know, but I'm guessing no one wants to learn that ugly running hook. Take like three steps away from the basket then shoot a hook! It just looks horrible when Dwight does it. I would take Hakeem's post moves over Ewing's.
Agree! Dwight should already have a good post game, but he's learning the ugly stuff Ewing used to do. If it was Hakeem helping Dwight, he'd already be the most dominant center ever!
Because Ewing would cry. Also Van Gundy family are not fans of Hakeem because Rockets beat the Knicks in 94 finals.
