I am trying to keep as positive as I can at this point. She was taken off sedation, but she is not waking up and she cannot breathe properly so her ventilator remains in place. My whole family was trying to wake her up, but she was never able to. The good news is that her liver will not fail.....they provided meds to combat that. And her pneumonia is going away. I love all you guys and once again thank you for the prayers. She has been unconscious for over four days now. But God is good.
Guys....I sincerely thank you all for the prayers and wishes. She has recovered 100% and can speak perfectly and is alert. She will get transferred to a different sort of hospital for evaluation. But we are soooo lucky that she has come through. Much love guys, much love! We have a long road ahead of us, but she is with us and I am forever in debt to all of you who have prayed. Thank you. She has pulled through. *teardrop*
Holy crap man! That's amazing news, and honestly brings a smile to my face. I'm really happy for you and your family. Now it's time to ensure that her recovery isn't just limited to a physical one....give her the love and support she needs to recover 100% mentally too. Thoughts and prayers still going out to you and yours.
It is with a great courage that I mention I am the husband and brother mentioned above. My brother told me that Clutchfans was praying for my wife and I appreciate all the prayers. She is well now, waiting to be transferred to a facility where she can recieve the helps she needs. It brings tears to my eyes to think about the situation that was just experienced, the prayers recieved by CF and how powerful they are, and how I can sit here and type that she is going to be ok. I love her very much and am so grateful to God that she survived. Give your significant other a hug and a kiss, they can be taken away in a second.
Thank you for writing and I can see that it would take a lot of courage. Good to hear that the immediate danger is over for your wife and hoping for the best for your family from here on out.
Thanks to you for checking in, tim562, but mainly best wishes for your family moving forward. I hope for your wife's continued health and openness to the love around her.
Wow, I was worried there for a bit, but that's just amazing! Glad she pulled thru and y'all have her back.
