As a Rockets fan, I hope they give him four years and a pay raise.

As a Rockets fan, I'd love to have him for three years and a paycut.

LOL. I could see this coming a mile away. This is exactly what Memphis wants. Fool around with Zach and piss him off so he opts out so they can sign Gasol. Guys this has been in play for over a year now. Memphis wants Pau to keep Marc from walking after next season.

This is why I keep talking about the Rox trading for Love and leaving Minny with cap space to sign Pau. Because if Minny gets Pau paired with Rubio THEN Marc becomes a primary gettable target in free agency next summer for them.

But if Memphis can piss off Zach and get him to opt out, they can then just sign Pau outright...which will be a huge enticement for Marc not to walk on them.

Would be interesting if they replaced Z-Bo with Pau.

Kareem couldn't run with showtime. Outlet pass then go post if the break dies.

That joke franchise might have finished top 3 in the West and made serious noise in the playoffs if not for Gasol's regular-season injury and Conley's playoffs injury.

    Not a chance.

Year after year, they never do anything to improve themselves. And john hollinger is clueless

I'd love Zbo here if we cant get any of the big names. He's not a stretch 4 like we need, but he's a good rebounder defended and mid range shooter. We'd bruise the hell out of everyone.

Man, ZBO would be a force down in the paint.

He's exactly the type of player we need, IMO. A David West-type player, i.e. nice mid-range game, solid defender, great rebounder. Only concern is that he might clog up the paint for Harden/Howard, and he's slow.

What kind of contract is he looking for?

And yet they are still better than the rockets.

This is no hyperbole. In my personal opinion the grizzlies are at worst the 5 best team in the league.

    1. San Antonio
    2. Oklahoma City
    3. Miami
    4. Grizzlies
    5. Clippers
    6. Pacers

You can re-arrange the order how you like it but the grizzlies could actually be the 3rd best team and they are very close to OKC for the second best team.

The only real problem with the grizzlies is that they don't have a way to improve the team without getting really lucky in the draft or by trading a crucial piece of the team's success.

I'm afraid his eating habits would rub off on Harden.
