    This is my first time to Clutch Fans. My usual message board is Orangebloods, but I love the Rockets as much as the Longhorns.

    I was at the home opener last night. How encouraging is it that Rondo didn't take advantage of Beverly not playing and kill us?

    TJ looked like an absolute BOSS.

    BELIEVE IT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Welcome! You free to create any thread but it's better to know the lay of the land and make useful contributions.

    Some people come in here, try too hard by posting every brain fart they have about the Rockets, then storm away confused when the backlash sets in.

    Just by posting a lot, you'll be noticed for your good or bad posts.

    It's nothing highbrow, but people still like reading posts with good efforts.

    I wouldn't credit Canaan with slowing down Rondo. Rondo is still wearing a brace and a splint. Considering he wasn't a great jump shooter to begin with, that certainly doesn't help.

    Right on. My usual message board is a wolf den, so this is nothing new. I'm just getting my feet wet today. I figure the people who genuinely love the rockets will be okay . . . .

    Same as here. Don't expect any earth-shattering insights if you search me. My work requires me to be around LSU fans everyday, so I use OB (and now CF) to get away from the lowest common denominator.

    And no real offense meant to the crazy cajuns.

    Just wait until there's a loss. The meltdown here will exceed all but the worst you've seen on OB, which is insane when you consider there are 82 games.

    But, I like being here and I hope you will too. Just brace yourself for the nastiness that follows a loss.
