I was such an X-Phile growing up. I bought the 7-disc computer game the day it came out, I saw the first movie multiple times, and seasons 1-5 are just gold to me. But, then changes in my life and the show moving to L.A. and just losing its edge and quality (and stars) made me never able to finish it. I think I got through season 6 when it was premiering, and then I just have never watched past that. A few years ago, my ex and I endeavored to watch it all again from the beginning (she's seen the whole thing). We got to "Home," and both of us were so squicked out that we never watched any more of it even though we've seen that episode before. I later learned that was THE most popular episode in some poll of fans. It does have some truly phenomenal episodes.
M*A*S*H*'s farewell has the distinction of being the most-watched TV episode ever, BUT the episode where JR gets shot sparked a national debate! Both episodes are iconic, but only one had Vegas bookies taking bets! ....... ....... .......
Surprised this has only come up once. The "DAMN, DAMN, DAMN!!!!" scene has sort of turned into a funny meme....but taken in full context, it was absolutely heartbreaking. To this day, Good Times is probably my all-time favorite sitcom. King of Queens - when Doug keeps making Carrie drinks after work because she's nicer when she's drunk King of Queens - when Carrie gets jealous of Doug's hot hairdresser I love KoQ because it's almost autobiographical...... Seinfeld - Kramer's intern The Office - Michael accidentally emails nude pic of Jan to entire company
LOL, BEST?? ... EVERYONE is posting an opinion. I just happened to use facts with my opinion. Haven't a clue why my post made you double-take... ....... ....... .......
Seinfeld- The Frogger Simpsons- Last Exit to Springfield Game of Thrones - Baelor True Detective - The Tracking Shot Breaking Bad - Ozymandias Rick and Morty - Auto Erotic Assimilation Bojack Horseman - Free Churro
Really? I could never get into it. Three's Company was my jam back then. (and that episode was written because the actor was pissed off at the writing and JJ getting so much plottime so they killed him off)
Yeah, the show was originally supposed to be a vehicle for him, not Jimmie Walker. Hard to imagine now. I loved Three's Company too. Especially Chrissy jiggling when Janet accidentally poured water on her while she was sunbathing during the opening theme.... Good Times handled one of their stars leaving better than Three's Company. That whole era when Chrissy was calling Jack and Janet on the phone (because they couldn't be on the same set anymore) was just awkward.
I only ever watched one episode of the X-Files, and it was this one, and only because teenage me saw the preview and went immediately gaga over the virtual assassin babe. Spoiler
This might be funny if the broads weren't spoon-fed their lame lines. Women: Not funny. Make sandwiches & get in the bed.
