No, I would say though that like home court counting for 2-3 points a game that coaching might be double that.
Are you ****ing serious? Not that less talented? Heat had 3 top 10-15 players. The Mavs championship was as much as an anomaly as the Pistons, and the first 1 star championship since Dream's a Rockets.
The Mavericks had 57 wins in the regular season- in the West. The Heat had 58 wins in the East. The Mavericks beat them both times in the regular season. Let's not make it look like the Mavericks were the Denver Nuggets vs. the Sonics in the first round in 1994. Didn't say coaching wasn't a factor, only said that it wasn't the main difference, Heat had the better players but Dallas played much better as a team- and it wasn't all due to Rick- Rick didn't make Barea or Chandler play over their heads, it's not all coaching- otherwise, how in the world did Spoelstra's Heat beat the Spurs that one year???
I think even the greatest of coaches can be beaten (Popovich) so there always be hope for Spoelstra and Kevin
How are the Mavs still media darlings when they talk like this? Everyone continues to pick them as some contender even when their transactions have made them a worse team. I don't get it.

Don't get me wrong, I hate the Mavs... But give credit where credit is due, dat Playoff series vs Miami was epic. They can be scary in the playoffs. I think we'll still win the series, but it's going to be scary close because McHale is our head coach, just like Cuban pointed out, he's playing checkers and top level coaches are playing chess. But, McHale gets to start his checkers game with a king (James Harden).
"Look at all the "names" on my team. Dirk, Rondo, Amare, Ellis, Tyson, Parsons..." ~ Cubans version of team building.
