Like someone else mentioned, it's probably mainly suns and arena employees...besides, i dont think any fans that show up actually see it as a way to lure FAs, they just want to see them. Also, they don't need people to make a day of it and make the trip. Here, for example, the rockets could just tweet they need people an hour or two before and they'll get a healthy number of downtown folks to walk over there to help.
