I know everyone is going to talk about how this makes them a title contender and how great their starting 5 is but seriously does Dragic make a 22-30 team a contender?
And with their cap, too, when they give Dragic a 5 year Bosh-sized deal this summer. The most upsetting thing is missing out on the Jordan Hamilton homecoming.
I don't think anyone is going to say this makes them a contender. Wade can still play good when healthy, but he is never healthy.
No it does not make them a contender but they are doing what they can to upgrade their team and are not afraid of spending. #respect
I think this move just keeps them in the playoff hunt. They are on the bubble as it stands. I can't see them beating any of the top 5 teams in the east.
My conspiracy theory is Dragic is trying to screw Riley and the Heat as revenge for them screwing us with the Chris Bosh Fiasco Dragic plays out the season and then bolts signing with the Rockets
I'm so sad. I enjoyed watching Dragic in Houston and Phoenix and really hoped he'd end up in HOU again. I ****ing HATE the ****ing Miami Heat! I still remember the LBJ/Wade's dancing before they lost to Dallas, their mocking of Dirk (coughing) and especially that white b**** who gave Noah the finger. Can't help with the cursing! Happy for Dragic and his payday, but...Miami Heat? Really??
