Yeah, i don't get the comparison either. Dragic is much more athletic, although lowry is obviously a much better basketball player right now. they both have an extremely high motor; lowry seems to be able to control his better than Dragic. But Dragic can be as good as he wants to be if he keeps developing. We need to lock him up, because this kid has the talent to be an elite PG with some hard work. sky's the limit.
Why does this myth continue? Lowry has vastly improved his 3 point shot this year (36.4% this year, 30.4% career) and so far this year is shooting a better percentage than Dragic (30.0% this year, 36.1% career). Could both years be a fluke? Sure, however Lowry seems to have worked hard on that facet of his game because he knew it was a weakness. One more reason to like him.
I wish Dragic would get that mole on his neck removed. It looked (on non-HDTV, in his interview last night) sort of black and irregular. At least get a dermatologist to look at it and say there's nothing worrisome about it. Love the way Dragic is playing.
As long as he keeps playing the way he is I don't care if he has male genitalia coming out of his neck. Just keep winning. Personally, I think he must have tiger's blood and Adonis DNA... winning.

He's not a Lowry clone. He is Sergio Llull I think we realized that Llull is not coming to the NBA anytime soon and so went out and actively found another guy very similar to him. Yeah - More like is previous back-up - Nash - He was getting penetration deep in the lane with the right and the left and still maintaining control - looks like he was watching in Phoenix . . . obviously does not have the shooting touch yet - but either did nash early on !!!
Lowry is short and feisty like a bulldog. Dragic is long and slippery like an eel. Totally different animals.
He doesn't have the court vision of Lowry that's for sure. I nick name him tunnel vision. He can have 2 guys running with him aka Williams and Lee and he will still attack the basket with three defensive players there. Not too smart.
Any PG would feel pressure playing backup to someone as good as Nash. Nash makes his teammates so much better that I think they just expect the ball to be at exactly the right spot whether they move or not. Aka Nash is so good he can make his teammates a bit lazy. That hurts the backup a lot because that is constant pressure to be perfect.
they appear similar because they both attack the rim.. but dragic said himself that he was attacking the rim because he really didnt know any plays at first
