I couldn't disagree more. The Detroit Pistons had their crazy routine with Rasheed back in the day. The old school Miami Hurricane teams use to dance all over the field when they were dominating. The St. Louis Rams had elaborate touchdown celebrations when they were winning. Having a good time with the game doesn't mean you aren't serious when you actually get on the court/field. Putting it on the dancing is just a lame excuse when the real one is that the Celtics got healthy and just flat out outplayed the Cavs and the Magic in the first 3 games of the series. The Magic made it all the way to the finals last year with the same pregame antics and might have won it with a healthy Nelson.

No, I'm saying the Celtics having a better team is only a small part to Magics lost. If the better team always win, then what is the point of the playoffs.

The Magics didn't lose simply because the Celtics have a better roster. It's a combination of things, including the lack of mentality or sense of urgency if you will.

The Magics can't blame the Celtics for having the better team because it's pointless. Instead, they need to blame themselves for not executing, not putting in enough effort, not being aggressive enough, Dwight not being patient enough and commits stupid fouls, not making that extra pass, not putting enough defensive pressure on the Celtics, playing too much 1 on 1 on the offensive end, relying too much on Dwight in the post to bail them out, etc.

By your logic, if the better team always win, then why don't we just hand the Celtics their trophy right now?
