This is dumb. It doesn't matter if you don't like whatever the president is doing in the white house. If I won a championship, I'd be there, even if it is a crappy president.
This isn't a normal administration. Everything will go back to business as usual in the next term. I have no problem with anyone of any race boycotting the current regime, because we'll all look back at this time in our history as a black eye in an increasingly pock-filled national history. But change hurts sometimes and that's all right.
Trump is a symptom of deeper issues in society. Unfortunately, I don't think there will be truly "normal" administrations from this point forth, since these issues are likely not correctable with conventional politics. We are the convergence of a 70 year long term debt cycle, mechanization of much of human labor, weakening of US as the sole world hegemon, and decreased energy returns on energy invested. No political decree will solve these problems - Trump or otherwise.
Baby boomers aging and dying off will fix it. It's no coincidence that Trump is the oldest president ever to enter office. It's the Boomer Empire Strikes Back. After him the millenials will assume power for a few iterations until this generation that is just about to be born comes to dethrone us. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strauss–Howe_generational_theory
And do what exactly? What political actions are the millennials going to implement to solve the problem of mechanization of human labor, decreasing energy returns, historical debt to GDP ratios globally?
There should be an auto system where as soon as someone says the word "trump" or "snowflakes" the thread gets catapulted to the debate and discussion forum where the racists and bra burners can hash it out and leave the basketball talk to the penis clubbers and swygays
You know his approval rating is at 34%, right? Basically 2 out of 3 Americans do not approve of him. You're going to find yourself out numbered here and anywhere if you support Trump. I think in just a few months he's proven to be the worst President in the history of the country. I don't expect to make it through his first term before he is impeached. And I'm 100% behind the Warriors in this decision as painful as it is to support the Warriors in any way, shape or form.
