I think this draft will be the Michael Jordan of drafts if Exum declares for 2014 draft.

I think what makes Wiggins stand out is that there is no one in the forseeable future as a prospect for who knows how long if ever. Plus he is ENDER after all :)

Dante Exum is the real deal.

Lots of people are high on him. What are his skill sets?

I don't see what the big deal about this draft is. I keep hearing top heavy and only a few players names. Three to four good players in the lotto doesn't make it top heavy. I remember this time last season when Shabazz Muhammad was being hyped the same way.

This kid reminds me a lot of Willie Anderson. Very similar stature and skill set. A little thicker frame than Willie, but who isn't.

2014 nba draft everyone talks about Wiggins but players like Randle,Parker,or Exum could turn out better players than Wiggins that is what makes this draft very good. Then you have players like Selden,Gordon, and Smart to keep a close eye on. Embiid is very intriguing,An Harrison, and Young are other players who can become good in the NBA. Those 10 is what seperayes 2014 from 2013 draft.

    Dante Exum

    NBA Comparison: Penny Hardaway

Strengths: Lightning quick combo guard with a deadly first step ... Plays an incredibly controlled and smooth game, especially considering he is routinely the quickest guy on the court ... Gets where he wants to off the dribble at will; has good ability to change direction ... Very positive reports about his leadership ability, strong character, and work ethic ... An unselfish and heady player ... Has an uncanny ability to draw fouls, both in the open- and half-court...At 6'6" is more than capable of playing both guard positions; "natural" position may actually be PG... A good and willing passer... Has great length ... Can score in a variety of ways around the basket ... Has good finishing ability ... Good overall feel for the game ... One of the top prospects not just in Australia, but in the world ... Strong character kid, with strong desire to win and improve his game ...

Weaknesses: An inconsistent, but improving, shooter. Shot tends to be flat and needs more arch ... Slight build, will need to work on absorbing contact on both ends of the floor ... Although a strong on-ball defender, strength may be an issue, as he does not fight through screens effectively ... Does not currently have much of a mid range game to speak of, although it is easy to make the argument he has no opportunity to show one given how easily he gets to the rack ...

Notes: Had a dominant performance for Australia at 2013 FIBA U19 World Championship in Prague ... Has the option to declare for the 2014 NBA draft, but is likely to play NCAA ball first; Indiana University is currently thought to be atop his list ... His father, Cecil Exum, grew up in North Carolina; after winning a NCAA championship alongside Michael Jordan at UNC, Cecil moved to Australia to play professional basketball ... Currently attends the Australian Institute of Sport, where he will graduate in November, 2013. This is the same institution that produced fellow Aussies Luc Longley, Andrew Bogut, Patty Mills, and Matthew Dellavedova ...

    Zach LaVine

    NBA Comparison: Russell Westbrook

Strengths: At 6’5 LaVine is one of the top athletes not only of his class but in all of college basketball ... LaVine has the athleticism to win the NBA Dunk contest next year, his freakish leaping ability and smoothness is on a truly elite level ... Grew 5 inches in the last 3 years going from a short quick point guard to a player with the size to player either backcourt position ... Not your typical point guard by any means, but the prototype of the new NBA PG: strong, quick, and excellent in transition as well as half court situations ... His verticality and explosiveness are off the charts and he uses them to finish around the rim with powerful dunks but also to jump stop and elevate in a dime ... The long arms and skinny body are perfect for a wing but as a point guard he will have to develop his upper body and become stronger to handle the physicality of the PG position ... His game resembles Westbrook, great in transition, quick ... Defensively he has very quick hands but he relies a little too much on his athleticism to save himself ... Hard worker, seems a little shy, he impressed many people during summer workouts with UCLA where he could be the last gift of an impressive list of NBA players left by coach Howland.

Weaknesses: Doesn’t blow by people nearly as much as he should, too often he is satisfied with his jumpshot and although he has a far from perfect shooting technique, he’s fairly consistent with it ... He needs to learn to get to the basket in half court situations, and part of that is getting stronger, but he also needs to get tougher mentality ... Improving that aspect of his game will really elevate his game into the stratosphere ... His ball handling is great but his decision-making needs to improve if he is going to take his game to another level ... Consistency. He will have to learn to bring it every possession 100% ... Not a highly vocal guy, so if he wants to be a point guard, that is an area he should focus on improving ...

Notes: A late bloomer. Flew under the radar for most of his high school career but ultimately moved into the top 50 in his senior season ... Not has hyped as many of his colleagues from the dream class of 2013 but he has all the tools to become a great point guard/combo guard in the NBA, and may actually be the best incoming freshman prospect in the Pac 12 ... Measured 6'3 (in shoes) 167 lbs, with a 6'6 wingspan at the 2012 LeBron James Skills Academy ...

Is it even possible Andrew Wiggins career in Kansas is just like Shabazz Mahamed?

Projected widely as the NO.1 pick and slide way down the list.

    It's always possible...

But Shabazz was not as hyped as Wiggins. Not even close really. Everybody considers Andrew Wiggins the best prospect since Durant, and one of the best prospects in the last decade. He's special. Shabazz was never special.

Yes. The team with the Top 10 pick definitely wouldn't though.

Having said that..trading Parsons would just feel wrong after how much he helped us get Dwight.

Just so long as the Rox grab that kid from Creighton. He's a big time baller.
