GMless Nuggets probably won't trade Melo till near trade deadline

I thought this is a legit thread topic and op's opinion makes sense.
My thoughts are that while it is true the Nuggets are not desperate to trade Melo at this point, waiting could negatively hurt Melo market value approaching the deadline. At that time, if Melo hasn't change his mind to leave, it is possible every GM will try to low ball the Nuggets.
I think Nuggets are open to talks and will trade Melo if they feel the deal is right, not necessarily play the wait game.

 

I don't think they would ever consider trading him to Houston.

Even if another team offered the same players we offered a worser deal, they would not rule it out as fast as trading him to Houston.

 

Well i guess that means they are comfortable with getting squat back for him when teams know he wwill just leave them anyways. They will lowball the Nuggets and they become thext Cavaliers and Rapors. Tell me I am wrong. Go ahead. I said the same thing about the Raptors and Cavaliers not doing the same. This thing is a disease in their brains with GMs lately. They think they are too smart. This will end badly again. I gurantee it.
