I think he is the one who institute the mental stability to this team which otherwise was pretty soft before the season started. The guy has been fearless this whole playoff and I wish their were more players like him...clutched and mentally tough. He is the 2nd most valuable player next to Dirk and Kidd. Without him they wouldn't win it all this year. WHen Dirk struggles, he's there to pick him up.

That trophy tattoo he got back in October really tells a story for this year's Mavs. He dared Lebron to guard him this whole series and got into his head a little bit.

He really stepped up when Dirk called him out.

Especially in this game; when your superstar is ice cold, and you're the second option, play like it.

    Jason Terry did exactly that.

Wings out; the JET is in flight.

I think you meant 3rd. But yes, without him especially, but also Barea and Marion and even Chandler!

Just about everyone played their part in todays game to get it done

I hate it when he does it against us but I have not choice but to give him props. Props Terry. I hope you choke every time you play the Rockets from now 'til infinity.

Jason Kidd supplied the true mental stability. Early on in the series, Jason Terry made a lot of bad decisions in the 4th, and the team got behind. Kidd (and Dirk) was always there to slow it down, calm everyone down, and get things headed in the right direction.

Jason Terry came up HUGE tonight, though. The team desperately needed him while Dirk was going through his struggles, and Terry delivered.

Who would be second? Shawn Marion?

I think Jason Terry is the second option on this Mavs team.

How would you feel if we drafted him?... It hurts my soul when he's on the court against us... but damn, he did an amazing job tonight...

Always hated Terry since the Rockets played the Mavs. Will never be a fan. However, he does deserve credit and he now has a ring to prove it.

NOPE. Especially after getting getting that tattoo. Imagine if that would of been Wade, Bosh, or LBJ. Might as well crucify them. BUt it's Terry, it's all good. F*^*& Terry.
