He isn't wrong though? Besides Market the hell out of Victor, this Tillman owned Rockets hasn't proven to know how to build a winning franchise. We've been the worst team in the NBA for 3 yrs in a row. Harbored 2 mental patients and gave them the reigns. You can see the nepotism by putting Patrick Fertitta in the mix besides having no qualification to be anywhere around the organization. We're also being ran by a GM with a finance background. When Jerry Buss took over the Lakers he at least had Jerry West and other great basketball minds around. The Spurs are almost a guarantee the kid will succeed.
He never talks bad about the wizards and I live here in Dc and the real fans are frustrated. I’m 35 and The wizards have never even won 50 games ina season. Never gotten past the second round since I been alive. Traded away Chris Webber and Rasheed Wallace before they reached their prime but kept juwan Howard. They had one of the worst gm’s in the league in Ernie grunfeld for almost two season. He gave both arenas and wall max contracts after they blew out their acl’s. That organization drove Rui Hacimara to the bring of clinical depression
The league is an entertainment business, plain and simple. They have to sell the entertainment why else would anyone think they change the rules every year, to make it more entertaining to the fans. Rules of a game should never change unless you only have two rules and they're terrible and you can cheat. NBA was doing just fine for decades but that wasnt good enough. Needed more viewers and to grow into an international audience so tweak, tweak, tweak, here we are.
