Am I a bad person if I think this is pretty funny? I'm sure the guy was talking trash. I don't think a few ice cubes are going to hurt him too badly. His friend in the black shirt seemed to think it was hilarious.

i would think the sea of clippers fans around him would deter that anyways. just picture someone in a utah jazz t-shirt retaliating to harden at toyota center and what his chances would be to make it out of the arena in one piece

pretty brainless move by griffin here though. this is a guy who just got suspended for the previous game after reaching the 16 technical fouls threshold earlier in the week. why give the league office something to look at and put your team at risk in the first round of the playoffs?

LOL why would you ban a player for this? I doubt the NBA is going to ruin a play-off series because someone got wet, no matter how intentional it looked. Maybe a fine?

I would be shocked if BG actually got suspended for this. As much as we all know this was intentional, there's not enough to go on based on the video.

That satisfies the legal definition for assault. Source: I'm in law school.

I'm sure there have been thousands if not more instances of D-Bag fans of visiting teams sitting in the front row. How you respond to them shows your class, or lack thereof.

FWIW, I think it's freaking hilarious and possibly go down as a legendary gif. But if the league doesn't at least fine him a ton or even suspend him, it would set a bad precedent. If this was random regular season game, it would be one thing. But these big sports leagues generally frown upon bad behavior on national TV during the playoffs.

IT wouldn't surprise me. Who knows how Adam Silver feels (hasn't been GM long). ****ing with the fans is a big no-no. As someone pointed out, if the fan had thrown water on Griffin then he would be arrested.

NBA since inception to 2012- 0 cup incidents.

    NBA 2013-2013- 2 cup incidents.

    I see a trend.

Please tell how us much the fan can expect to get in civil court out of this. Based on having watched a number of Judge Judy episodes, I'm guessing up to $5,000.

And people wonder why they don't like him around the league. What a douche.

in all seriousness he should be suspended. if he isn't, think of the precedent this sets with "unintentional" interaction with fans.

I can see plenty of reason why people don't like Blake, but this was AWESOME. That GSW fan looks like a real piece of ****.

I think all opposing fans sitting courtside should be tarred and feathered. It's just disrespectful.
