Get to Work, Jerome Solomon: White, Motiejunas, Machado joins Vipers

Whether he's happy or not doesn't really matter. Morris was unhappy when he went to the d-league but look at him now. He's getting regular and important minutes for the team. D-mo and Machado will do just fine.

As for White, idk really what to say. All I know is, he skipped practice and wasn't at the game. Not a good sign.

 

Greatest thread in ahwile. I'm interested in seeing them all play. I bet that line up could beat alot of NBA teams too.

At least we'll get to see them play extended minutes. I don't think a stint in the Dleague for any of our players has backfired yet.

 

What Dish channel or Dish package televises the Vipers? If I can't watch the Rockets, I'd at least like to see what these three can do as well as see what some of the other potential Rockets can do.

 

I wonder what the main lineup will be. If all of these get big minutes...Motiejunas at 5 again?
He should do well either way, I'm just not sure if he's going to develop much.

I would assume he will start with Jeff Adrien. Adrien is a guy who can play inside and provide a lot of help on the glass, and defending the other teams bigger post player. So center/PF.... I dont think it really matters in the D-League with this team. He should be ok either way. This will be good for him to work on his interior defense, and learn alot from Adrien for a few weeks.

 

Well, Sampson did not seem to know that his best defensive player/rebounder was not in during the crucial last moments of last night's game either.

Seconding this. Hell, I don't even care if Machado finds his shot, I just want him to know the Rocket's defensive rotations and bring energy on that end of the court.
