Yeah I agree. PG is more of a concern, unless Canaan became amazing over the offseason we don't have good reliable depth there. I think our front court is actually pretty decent. Jones and Howard starting with DMo, Dorsey, and Adrien rotating in and out is not that bad.

Because after McHale's comments yesterday, Morey approached Karl and inquired if he would be interested in coaching the Rockets and shared some of his plans to improve the team.

 

Daryl Morey messed up may Parsons a restricted free agent which was our only trade asset to get Rondo. We should have kept Parsons for the minimum this year. We have no trade assets at all besides Howard and the beard....the Rockets are constructed to lose in the first round!!! Our team looks no better than last year and we could have kept Parsons for the minimum .....

 

Correction: we need an upgrade at the 1 and at the 4. Especially with Lin gone we have no depth at the 1 (Canaan, Johnson... unknown quantities and not rotational players at this point). Bev is great for what he is but I think he's easily replaceable as a starter.

I was just saying a what if situation, like work out a S&T with Suns before the Mavs offer came along. It didn't happen. Also, I agree that not matching was the right choice, but I still like the team we have and the potential (w/ some moves here and there) to get better and better.

 

Er... isn't he still on the books with Brooklyn with a horrible contract? Two more years, right? Doesn't sound AT ALL like a Morey target at this point.
