To be fair, $600 is a decent amount of change to a 6th round pick. Not punch in the face worthy though.
Well not just the money, but if you owe someone $600 and you are putting your fingers in their face after they ask for it....expect to get punched in the face.
Agreed Also for those of you who don't watch college football, Geno Smith was a known bigtime douchebag in college
He literally took that 600 bucks outta Gino's A. He won't see that money but good news is he now has the Cowboys attention.
And IK got cut, and potentially ended his football career, for being a dumbass. I don't care how much money they owe you, if you're a scrub, you don't throw a punch at your starting QB.
Why would someone who didn't show himself to be that special or significant on the field have the Cowboys attention after showing himself to be an idiot? Not sure that's the Cowboys M.O. I believe they prefer players who have shown some ability to go along with their bad behavior.
I find myself getting more and more disappointed by human rationale on a daily basis. This guy literally tossed his career away…I hate seeing people make such stupid decisions.

Well we all know that linebacker will most likely never get another NFL job...but that being said, Geno Smith may have lost a chance to be a starting QB for the rest of his career. If the idiot didnt want to go, why the heck would he take $600 from him in the first place. Just give the dude his money back and move on. Regardless, any guy that sucker punches and shatters the jaw of another person deserves any and all associated punishments as a result. The court Jets-ters are back at it again... Good news for IK, Mcdonalds in NYC offers $15/hr...
That stereotype about some football players being complete jack-@sses and idiots... Is in full swing here. $600 is still chump change, even with the league minimum. Geno should have said ahead time that he couldn't make it and returned the ticket/reimbursed IK.
You realize he no-showed because of a death of a close friend and he didn't actually take $600. The money was used to buy a plane ticket and limo transportation for Smith to attend the camp.
