Houston - For more than three decades, Gene Peterson and Jim Foley captivated their audience with the one-of-a-kind passion, energy and insight they brought to each and every Rockets broadcast. Between Peterson's dulcet tones and Foley's encyclopedic basketball knowledge, fans were granted an entrance to hoops heaven every time the legendary duo signed on for a game.

So in order to say "thank you" for their extraordinary work over the years, the Houston Rockets are preparing to pay homage to the two men who have meant so much to the organization.

The Rockets have named this Tuesday, December 16th, Gene and Jim tribute night and will honor the pair during the game. Tickets are still available, so visit ticket central or call 713.627.DUNK to join in the celebration.
