Not even looked at his numbers, probably didn't shoot well but his form is really good so i'm not worried at all. What was amazing tonight for me is how he was able to hold his position and have the best possible position on defense in basically every defensive possession he was involved. Can't believe a guy with that build (perfect for today's game), shooting form, understanding and feeling for the game went undrafted...
He didn't even hit most of his shots tonight , but the dude made a great defensive impact. You gotta think he continues to improve
Clark played center in college and didn't shoot 3s until his senior year. But as a SMU alum, I got to watch him at least twice a year and was always largely impressed. Just a winning player.
Clark needs a real contract and to be viewed as a cog the team needs going forward. He has shown that his value will only go up from here. Tie him in long and low, please.
Also what i really like about Clark and this is gonna get him alot of shots. He has a quick release, I like that ALOT.
Clark's on a 2-way contract, which limits him to 45 games (or is it days?) with the big club. @BimaThug, can a 2-way contract be converted to a fully guaranteed regular contract mid-season?
there is some truth to it... credit should go to morey who set mike up with MCW so he had no other choice than to play the rookie
Raptors did it last year: https://www.usatoday.com/story/spor...gue-mvps-2-way-deal-to-nba-contract/33734331/
Yes. If the Rockets have the roster spot and any of the MLE available later this season, they could even sign him to a three-year deal.
Surprising he wasn't drafted. He's performed well at every level he's played. He appears to be a solid two way player.
He's plenty strong .… He just needs to …. not be a rookie so the refs will swallow the whistle once in a while instead of calling ticktack fouls.
