Getting an urge to make some digital moolah for some relaxing gaming. Don't want too much fighting, not looking for RTS games (ala Starcraft). Basically stuff with supply and demand, managing resources and production, and selling goods/services. I have a Mac, but not opposed to seeing games also on the PC. What games have you played and had a great experience with, or recommend? I've played SimCity 4, Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 (best one), Airport Tycoon... any suggestions on great tycoon/strategy type games?
I hear Zoo Tycoon is good if you're into that genre. Don't really get a chance to play those types of games myself
Check out Kairosoft on Android and Apple. They are developers who create strictly tycoon style games. I used to play the **** out of these games. They even have demo versions of their games. Try them, you might enjoy it.
Saw reviews for SimCity 2013 and heard it disappointed big time. Democracy fielded good reviews, but looks really bland. I've heard good things about Tropico! Will rep for more suggestions!
Tropico is fun, you should definitely try it here are some other ones I recommend, some of them may be older, but are still fun if you can run them Stronghold Europa 1400: The Guild Pharoah: Cleopatra Zoo tycoon
