Why would the league deliberately try to shorten a series GS is already favored to win, to send them to a fourth straight finals to play the same team for the fourth straight time? If it was rigged they would rig it in our favor for sure. he needs 5 or 6 more before he gets a suspension. the league has managed this issue well this year -- they probably had a committee of millennial interns (perhaps mckinsey?) assigned to this portfolio to ensure things go smoothly for the finals
It's not a matter of already blaming the officials for tonight's outcome. It's a matter of the NBA assigning universally loathed officials for the biggest game of the season to date.

This. RATIONALITY, folks. Every team thinks these particular refs are always out to get them. Why? Because these refs are polarizing, controversial, and in some cases maybe not quite as good as most NBA referees.
Well if the refs are so bad tonight, hopefully they'll make bad calls for both teams so it all evens out; that or make more bad calls against the Warriors than us, right?
