Exactly. State of New Jersey wins Supreme Court Ruling. "Hamptons 5" line up. Hamptons, New Jersey. If that's the Hampton 5 line up, then with Tony Brothers & Scott Foster might as well call that the "New Jersey 7" line up. Everyone place your bets.
And maybe they're there to screw over the Warriors. I don't buy that for a second though. I think they're there to F the Rockets and ensure Golden State leaves H-Town with at least a split. The NBA has to be terrified of LeBron missing the Finals after what went down yesterday and their worst nightmare is Rockets vs. Celtics, especially with no Kyrie or Hayward. Not that it wouldn't be a competitive series(I actually think it could be a fantastic Finals from a competitive standpoint), but that the starpower would be minimal which would impact ratings. The Foster Brothers crew also reffed Game 4 of the Sixers-Celtics series when Boston was up 3-0. And not surprisingly, Philly finally won a game and extended that series. They also reffed Game 2 of the Rocket-Jazz series which saw Utah get the split and add some drama(briefly) to that matchup. Granted, that loss was mostly due to the Rockets not showing up on defense for the first 20 minutes of the game, but it does seem awfully convenient that this duo is on the court anytime the league needs a series to keep going or the road team to steal a game.
I hope this is bulletin board material... 1. they're out to screw us so play clean 2. don't argue any calls. Just say thank you can jog back to to the other end 3. don't expect them to call it the same way on both ends of the floor 4. expect at least 1 of our big 3 to be in foul trouble
Scott Foster is an all around bad referee. I think every team hates him. The issue with the Warriors is that Scott Foster takes it personally when teams whine and he holds it against them going forward. That obviously penalizes the Warriors. The reason there worry may be misplaced is that Chris Paul is THE enemy #1 for the referees. Tony Brothers specifically targets Harden though so that's a concern. Maybe in a weird way we will counterbalance each other here and get a fair game where both teams get an equal number of bad calls from these jokers.
I hope the Foster Brothers have money on us at least they should bet on the underdogs afterall right?
If you look at their history, they hate the warriors, they hate Harden and Paul, and they both have massive stiffies for LeBron. Can't wait to see them lead LeBron to the first 4 on 5 championship in NBA history.
Adam Silver is the main reason the Rockets are getting screwed. If there is a Game 7 or elimination facing the Rockets these crew will screw the Rockets.
Something has to give. This Foster/Brothers crew have been the worst in the playoffs this year and yet they've advanced each round "somehow" The league implementing this so called points system so only the best refs get to ref the higher stakes game is a complete farce. Warriors fans hate Foster and Brothers as well I think they are something like 8-7 in games that they are officiated by Foster in. CP3 has already come out to say about how Foster has it out for him. The one home game the Rockets have lost this postseason was a Fosters/Brothers crew. Now that game though was not really their fault but the Rockets complete lack of energy so they couldn't really effect the game. I didn't see anything completely terrible in that game. I dont know if this will be a good or bad thing for the Rockets...all I know is that it will be a bad thing for the sport of basketball.
