Someone who can knock down spot up jumpers and is a tremendous perimeter shooter would be good fit with Harden, such as Stephen Curry, but that would be a dream too wild.

Lin will improve and I believe Lin-Harden will be our future backcourt for some time.

He shot 39.9 % this year, which is still higher than his career avg of 39.4%. He has a 35.4% career avg from 3, which no one would call lights out shooting. He doesn't play great defense. He doesn't really do anything that Lin can't do except he scores 4.1 more points, but he does that by taking 4.7 more shots.

He is a restricted free agent next year, so it's possible to pick him up. But, I've read that his agent is looking for a max contract. So, he will probably cost more than Lin without noticeably improving the position. So why do we want to add him to the team?

Harden's never going to get the ball.

The guy has only shot 40% one time in four seasons. Pass.
