Well this will be odd...I love my Houston Rockets have since 93 but was born on ohio. Cincinnati doesn't have an NBA team so I latched on to the rockets because my favorite player was Olajuwon and been a DIE HARD Rockets fan ever since. So this will be a bit odd to say the least but whatever. I think it i will be a great game both teams are struggling at the moment. I think it all depends on the Texans running game. If the Bengals can stop the run I don't see Yates winning the game throwing the ball. BUT the way the Bengals played today against the Ravens shows they have some work to do against the run. Should be a doozy.......
No offense, but other than a first round bye; having to play the Bengals in the playoffs is the best thing that could have ever happened to the Texans.
Good to see another Bengals fan on the boards I'm expecting a close game, very similar to the one a few weeks ago. For whatever reason, the Bengals have seemed to play better on the road this year, so hopefully that continues next weekend.
I'm sure the Bengals fans are saying the exact same thing. Damn, I'm glad we drew the Texans in the first round.
At least I can say I've never encountered an obnoxious Bengals fan... ...which is more than I can say about fans of the lads with a star on their hat. However, the sweetest sound in the world is the silence of beaten Cowboy fan. Tears in Big D this morning. Had to mention that.
How could they be obnoxious? They've been, other than a few random seasons, terrible for the better part of 20 years. It seems to be a fan base that's typically happy to be there when they make the playoffs.
meh. some other POS franchise had a rivalry with the Bengals at some point, I think. Kudos to Bengals fans for taking good-natured ribbing. Go Texans!
I'm over that. I hated them back then, too...same with the Browns and Steelers. It's been so long since they've been relevant in the NFL and as a rival that they're just another team to me.
