    Since your essentially comparing two hypothetical situations what really is the point? The lineup you gave in '08 is not the lineup we ended up with when it counted, and the '10 lineup is not likely to be what we end up with either. Why not make it more interesting and put Jordan with the '08 group and Hakeem with the '10?

    Alston didn't lead the Magic to the Finals.

    Howard, Lewis, and Turkoglu did.

    You think Odom led the Lakers to the Finals? You think Glen Davis led Boston to the finals when they won two years ago?

    Alston was a placeholder.
