We signed up for HBO around the time Game of Thrones started (free 3 months or something like that because of a billing misshap). They better honor this.....since they STILL have not fixed our account...non of the apps work etc.
Internet is great, I get well over 10-15mb than I pay for. Normally around 125mbs . As for the customer service....yeah, everything everyone says...is true. Now, to try to get this HBO freebie.
So what do we do? Do we just call or will HBO switch on automatically once Hard Knocks starts tonight?
Dont think current xfinity subscribers qualify. Sign up for "HBO Now" 1 month free trial...it will cover you for all 5 episodes of Hardknocks. I also think hbo.com has episodes online the next day for free
