The guys from the traveling tailgating crew Tailgate32 are stopping in Houston this Sunday, September 30 for the game against the Titans. They're setting up in the Blue Lot and are giving out free BBQ and Beer to anyone who stops by. Details on their website: http://tailgate32.com/events/hou

If you're not familiar with these guys, they're traveling the country in an RV and throwing a free public tailgate party at a regular season home game for every team in the NFL in one season. Houston is their 9th stop on the tour. They create a 6-minute video highlighting the fans and the tailgating culture for each city. They've already released 7 episodes that you can watch on their website: http://tailgate32.com

Stop by their tailgate and show them how Texans fans really get down.

Normally I would say something about you spamming. But if the reason you're spamming is to give away free beer.........well, you're A-OKAY in my book.

    SPAM AWAY.

Hah! We just want to meet the most passionate Texans fans around. It's the 9th stop of our tour and we've heard GREAT things about Houston tailgaters. So I've got pretty high hopes for Sunday.

How can I get in? I see people selling tailgate tickets but some say you need a game ticket to get in. What's the real deal?

There are guest passes that STH can ask for or purchase (I can't remember) but yeah, you need a ticket to even get in the parking lot now

That's correct. You either need a game ticket or a special tailgating pass. Here's their policy: http://www.houstontexans.com/gameday/tailgating/policy.html.

I find it kind of unfair that they don't even permit people who would like to try the tailgating food such as this event happening tomorrow. I mean they are outside of Reliant Stadium, away from the game. I can understand if it's for the safety of the fans, but it also drive away people wanting to enjoy good food. :(
