Francis feels `great' at practice After missing Tuesday's game and practice Wednesday and Thursday because of migraine symptoms, Rockets guard Steve Francis participated in practice Friday. He was upbeat but cautious afterward. "I felt great," Francis said. "I actually worked out last night (Thursday), shooting around by myself. Things are coming along great." Whether Francis will be able to play tonight against Orlando is another matter. He doesn't know from day to day or hour to hour how he will feel. "When I'm not feeling good, I can't do anything about it," Francis said. "Until I get it under control, there's not much I can do. It's something I've got to endure. Not only me, but the team and the coaches, we just have to work through it. We've had so many things this season that we've had to work through. This is just another step." http://www.chron.com/cs/CDA/story.hts/sports/bk/bkn/1258333 Thats great news to hear, lets hope he feels better from now on.
Does anyone else think that Francis could be another Ralph Sampson? Great for a couple of years, only to have a promising NBA future ended abruptly by medical/physical problems (Sampson's knees, Francis' migraines)...
He could be the difference between a win and a loss tonight against Orlando. BTW, any ord on Mo Taylor's return? Has he been walking without a limp or been practising alone? Anyone?
I'm hoping - and thinking - not. Quitten has been forever troubled by migraines - though, admittedly, not quite as frequently as Francis. But hey, as a Magic fan - can't he sit out one more night?
